Our Purpose “The purpose of the club is to promote good fellowship and interest in cruising and racing family-type sailboats in the Northeast Florida area.” |
Regular Cruises and Social Events Enjoy family-friendly raft-ups, fun cruises, and dock-side parties. This is what many of us really look forward to, a chance to “hang-out” and socialize with our friends.
Lively, Fun, Informative Meetings Members and guests learn what’s happening next, talk about how much fun they had at the last event, and get informative tips and entertaining programs.
Cruising and Racing Tips What anchor works best in the St. Johns River's mud? How do we dock downtown? Why does my mainsail trim look weird? Learn where to sail, how to do it safely, how to sail faster, how to cook it while you’re anchored out, etc.
Exciting Competition NFCC Sponsors 4 River races and 5 Ocean races. This includes the area’s first Women’s regatta (HOH), and the only premiere Ocean racing series in North Florida, the First Coast Offshore Challenge. (FCOC) |
Monthly Meetings We meet the third (3rd) Thursday of every month at the Florida Tackle & Gun Club, located at: 9010 San Jose Blvd. (South of the bridge at Goodby’s Creek)
